Pre-Active Stretching

Pre-Active stretching is a set of dynamic stretching protocols based on animal stretching patterns. It was developed to help elite athletes prepare for intense competition, prevent injuries, and repair the body as quickly as possible. PreActive stretching is adaptable to ALL levels of mobility and therefore anyone and everyone can benefit from this program.


The program  consists of 18 different stretches that cover all of the major muscle groups from head to toe. You will learn the art of stretching slowly, intentionally, and pain free and ultimately be able to adapt these routines into a 10 to 15 minute PreActive work out.
